The situation
Training operations at the scale of the manufacturer run on scheduling and logistics: sessions, trainers, locations, and materials that all have to line up, tracked largely by hand. That manual coordination consumed enormous staff time and left the logistics picture scattered across people and spreadsheets rather than in one system.
What we did
How it works
Working with CCS, we built AI operating software for the manufacturer's training schedulers — software that takes on the manual labor of scheduling and pulls logistics tracking into one place. The work was full-scope engineering: full-stack development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems designed to serve users across the manufacturer's whole training organization. Alongside it, we built a training video game with the team, designed to help trainers perform better.
Outcome
The scheduling and logistics software removed hundreds of hours of manual work per year and is used across the manufacturer's training organization — with the training game adding a second tool for developing the trainers themselves.
