These are interim terms written in plain language. They cover use of this website only. Full terms are being prepared and will replace this page. Engineering work is never governed by this page: every engagement has its own written, signed agreement.

1. What these terms cover

Use of the willowark.com website: its articles, guides, checklists, diagrams, calculators, and forms. If you hire Willowark, the written scope and agreement you sign govern that work and take precedence over anything here.

2. Site content

Articles, guides, and diagrams are general engineering information. They are not advice for your specific plant, product, or business, and following them does not guarantee a result. Case studies describe real engagements; a client is named only once that client has cleared it, and is otherwise described by industry. Content is © Willowark. You may quote it with attribution and a link.

3. Tools and calculators

The calculators run in your browser and show the formulas they use. Their results are estimates that depend entirely on the numbers you enter. Check them against your own data before making a decision on them.

4. Forms, email, and texts

Submitting a form asks Willowark to contact you about your inquiry. Newsletter and guide signups are double opt-in and can be cancelled in one click. Text messages are sent only if you ticked the consent box; reply STOP to end them. Message and data rates may apply. The privacy notice explains what is collected.

5. Other services

Calls are scheduled through Calendly, and clients may be invoiced or asked to sign through third-party payment and e-signature services. Each of those services has its own terms, which apply to your use of it.

6. Engagements

Every engagement starts with a written scope. Price, schedule, ownership of the work, confidentiality, warranties, and liability are set out in that signed agreement, not on this page.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not scrape the site's forms, send automated or abusive submissions to the contact or signup forms, or try to access systems that are not public.

8. Availability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of either.

9. Changes and contact
