Where is Willowark located in New York?
We are based in the Saratoga Springs area, north of Albany. That puts the entire Capital Region within local on-site range, and the rest of New York State within a day's drive for commissioning and installation work.
Do you serve all of New York State or just the Capital Region?
All of it. Capital Region clients see us on-site routinely; for the rest of the state we work the same way we do nationally — remote engineering with planned site visits for the physical phases of a project.
Do you work with suppliers to the Capital Region's semiconductor fabs?
Yes, and being local to that supply chain is a real advantage. Fab suppliers typically need inspection, cleanliness and process documentation, and data systems that hold up to a demanding customer's audits, and we build those to the standard that ecosystem expects. For Capital Region sites we are on-site as often as the work needs; for suppliers elsewhere in the state, we engineer remotely and travel for commissioning.
