Yes. We come on-site for installation, integration, and commissioning, including industrial sites with safety orientation and permitting requirements, and handle engineering remotely between visits.
Can your equipment designs handle Louisiana's corrosive coastal environments?
Yes. We specify enclosures, sensors, and materials rated for humidity, salt air, and washdown or hazardous-area conditions as required, and we design monitoring systems that flag degradation before it becomes failure. Environmental hardening is part of the initial design, not an afterthought.
In a chemical or LNG plant, do you touch the process control and safety systems, or stay on the data side?
Mostly the data and integration side. In continuous process plants our work typically covers monitoring, edge data collection, analytics, and the software that connects plant data to maintenance and operations, plus discrete automation in packaging, loading, and utilities areas. We do not usually take over your DCS or safety instrumented systems; those stay with your process control group and their vendors, and we integrate with them through approved, read-only interfaces unless your management of change process authorizes more.
